GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The products included in this programs are a good selection of travel products available in cities and areas shown. There are however, many other hotels and products that are not shown for which we would be pleases to provide additional prices and booking for your specific programs. The validity date of the quote is as stated. If travel dates are modified, the quote is subject to change. The quotation is based on the specified itinerary and is subject to availability and confirmations. Should alternate accommodation or services be necessary the quote will be subject to change.
OUR RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Air tickets(unless indicated otherwise). Airport taxes. Excess of baggage allowances. Visa costs for entering or leaving any country. Extra cost of any kind.
All sightseeing tours operate on SIB “Seat in Bus”.
1) All services are provided with English & Spanish speaking guides. Other languages under request, unless indicated otherwise.
2) The entrance fees are included in all the tours. (Unless indicated otherwise) 3) Luggage handling fees are already included on the transfers.
4) Drinks are not included on the tours including meals.(Unless indicated otherwise)
Deposit is requested for booking PACKAGE or CRUISE. When the package is confirmed,your deposit is refundable (before 61 days) of departure, minus our administration fee.(Unless indicated otherwise)You will be advised accordingly. Full payment, minus deposit previously paid, must be received by VIP TRAVEL on the date requested. Should payment not be received by the due date, VIP TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel and/ or withhold services and deposit will be non-refundable. There are NO REFUNDS for any unused services.
Claims and adjustments must be made in writing within 30 days after our services are rendered. Claims must be accompanied by full details and documentation.
VIP TRAVEL acts only as agent for the passenger in regards to travel, VIP TRAVEL does not manage or control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or any other supplier of services and therefore assumes no liability for injury. Loss, or damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever or through act or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements.
It is the passengers responsibility to be adequately covered by a travel insurance for loss of baggage, personal items, medical expenses, and other costs related to trip interruption and cancellation of pre-paid services.
